Approach

To redefine BETA’s human resources strategy, we undertook a full audit and provided guidelines to redefine their HR function’s structure, roles and definitions – meeting their ambitions to ensure no stone was left unturned; from compensation and benefits, to training and development.

Specifically, CID was instrumental in providing guidance for HR team competencies and job design, as well as compiling recommendations for developing the Employee Handbook and Manual. We developed a strategic roadmap which included objectives, measures and targets, key measures of success and recommendations for capacity building for each division. This was complemented by a sustainable performance management model to help maintain the high standards BETA was committed to delivering its Clients.

Preparing Save the Children’s “Childs Rights Situational Analysis” Report and organizing the program’s roundtable were a time consuming process, but thanks to the cooperation of the CID team, we had such good results.
